- CCChris CarterMay 27, 20261.0I’m a truck driver. Hard to pull a truck through drive thru. Lobby opens at 5am. Arrived at 535. Lobby closed. This is consistent anymore. Workers only care about drive thru even when the lobby is open. I’m sorry but I see why other coffee companies thrive and dunkin is a dying franchise. Your slogan says everybody loves dunkin. I can contest and say I’m not loving it anymore. Terrible service. Save your trip and head away from this cane run location and find you a 7 brew or a Starbucks elsewhere.

She tried to give me a container of cream cheese to put the cream cheese on the bagel myself, I told her no I wanted them to do it over instead of giving me a brand new bagel They gave me the bagel back that I had already taken a bait out of that had no cream cheese on it.

I can only assume they cleaned house and got a whole new crew in including management. The people working here now are rude, they always seem to have an attitude. I redeemed points for an iced coffee, they had me pull to the second window waiting and waiting for nearly 10 minutes being the only car in line. I tried to get their attention but was ignored. I decided to go inside, everyone had an attitude, no one greeted me and still waiting. They started working on my order once I got inside, I told the manger I wanted a refund because I had somewhere to be. She told me I would have to get it from the app since I redeemed points for but I explained to her multiple times the app does not allow that. I’ve tried it before. Bottoms line this location needs to do better in my opinion!
