  This location is so nasty and so unsanitary I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter and cream cheese. They failed to put cream cheese on it. I took it back. She tried to give me a container of cream cheese to put the cream cheese on the bagel myself, I told her no I wanted them to do it over instead of giving me a brand new bagel They gave me the bagel back that I had already taken a bait out of that had no cream cheese on it.

  I came in on 5-3-26 between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. with my granddaughter we ordered some donuts and drinks and the rap music was so loud that her and I couldn't sit inside at a table and talk to one another.

  This location has gone down hill. When it first opened the workers were nice, service was fast and customer service was great. I can only assume they cleaned house and got a whole new crew in including management. The people working here now are rude, they always seem to have an attitude. I redeemed points for an iced coffee, they had me pull to the second window waiting and waiting for nearly 10 minutes being the only car in line. I tried to get their attention but was ignored. I decided to go inside, everyone had an attitude, no one greeted me and still waiting. They started working on my order once I got inside, I told the manger I wanted a refund because I had somewhere to be. She told me I would have to get it from the app since I redeemed points for but I explained to her multiple times the app does not allow that. I’ve tried it before. Bottoms line this location needs to do better in my opinion!

  I got everyday for my coffee, the ladies that work there are the best! Always nice and makes my day!
