  My go-to Dunkin and the best in Louisville! The staff here is great. They are so friendly and you almost never have to ask them for a pup cup! Service is quick and the drinks are always consistent!

  I had to put one star so i can put a review, service is no even worth a one star, visited the store at Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 11:28 PM, I was picking up order and I asked very politely the guy in the window to give me a cup carrier, he said no we do not give a cup carrier for one cup order, I told him it’s in the order and the customer requested it because he didn’t want his drink to be on floor, he said ok no problem and closed the window, I thought he went to bring one and i was waiting for two minutes, i knocked on the window and i asked him why he ignored it! He said because I was not polite, I’m from Asia and I can tell the guy was from India, listen man, if you want to be a stiff not giving stuff to customers be a stiff for stuff you own not related to a store would love to give to the customers, Thanks God you are not the owner, you are impacting the store service and reputation, it was just a cup carrier for God sake! I had to stop by a gas station to take a cup carrier from them because the customer wanted it, this is how you treat the customer, learn it very well

  First time I've ever stopped in...wasn't quite sure of the menu for drinks as I normally never stop at Dunkin and the two women at the store were so extremely helpful, kind and patient. Might have you a new Dunkin girl. She gave me options and added in her own touch and made the most amazing tasting iced coffee for me!

  This is by far the best Dunkin in the city. They always get my coffee right. They take the time to make it right. Ill order something here and itll taste amazing and go to another dunkin thats way closer and itll be absolute trash. I live near 3 closer dunkins and go out of my way to get to this one. The staff are super friendly as well. If you havent had Dunkin before this is the one to go to.
