The manager of the store is very cordial and has the best interest of her customers in mind ! With an A plus on board of health , this store is a place that should be visited when in town !

My doordasher literally drank my drink that I had been craving all morning and when I called dunkin- they were so accommodating to help me even though it wasn’t their fault. It reminded me that customer service does still exist- and that there are still people who care!! <3 10/10. The matcha was fire like always

I had my kids with me so I stayed out of it but the way she treats her employees and anyone who interacted with her was flat out rude. She was humiliating her employees as there making our food / drinks. Telling everyone off and not letting them speak. The atmosphere was bad because of how she was tearing into every staff member. I had my kids with me so we left. At one point she was ridiculing a young lady at the front desk and briefly her and I (the manager) made eye contact and she gave me a look almost daring me to say something. I raised my eyebrow and she turned and walked off to the back. Called corporate and waited to speak with someone but if there not going to answer I'll just tell my story here. Dunkin you will likely not get my business back after that visit. If that's how you treat your employees who handle my food / drinks I won't be a patron. I don't want my drinks spit in because of how they people making them are being treated.

Ordered iced coffee with just cream and Carmel swirl and it tasted awful. Not even a coffee taste. Tasted more like chemicals.. ordered my coffee along with my husband's and they got our order completely wrong. So the last time when I went and they messed my order up again I decided to go back thru the drive thur and told them the coffee was terrible and I would like a refund or have the coffee remade. The remade it and this time before driving off I tasted it and it was okay. Wasn't great. I've been to alot of dunkin donuts and this one was the worst. I will never go back especially when the manager was suppose to contact me that same day and never did. Its really disappointing when I waste my hard earn money here just to throw out my coffee out.
