Location at Gilmore always gets my drinks correct & I never have issues. But 75% of the time when I visit fern valley, they always mess up my drink By not adding my flavors/ sweeteners or just not measuring the mixes they’re using. A manager told me numerous times for a while he would replace it, but I’d have to come while he was there. He’s not been there any time I’ve visited since. Just taste your drink before driving off

Im such a regular here that most of the time they have my drink ready when i walk in because they see my big ORANGE tow truck when i pull in. But thanks to the young girl with braces (whom I've never seen here before) who was rude as hell to me when I asked "since when" when she told me I HAD to use the kiosk to order. Ill never be back here as long as she works here and im going to tell all of my colleagues and friends that I know come here all the time to be very careful about dealing with that young woman. And im going to tell them all about how she treated me...
