- AHAutumn Hazen2 days ago2.0Been to this place numerous times giving them the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately everytime ive gone its been awful. Ordered iced coffee with just cream and Carmel swirl and it tasted awful. Not even a coffee taste. Tasted more like chemicals.. ordered my coffee along with my husband's and they got our order completely wrong. So the last time when I went and they messed my order up again I decided to go back thru the drive thur and told them the coffee was terrible and I would like a refund or have the coffee remade. The remade it and this time before driving off I tasted it and it was okay. Wasn't great. I've been to alot of dunkin donuts and this one was the worst. I will never go back especially when the manager was suppose to contact me that same day and never did. Its really disappointing when I waste my hard earn money here just to throw out my coffee out.

I'm not tipping because you put two donuts in a bag. No other Dunkin' does this. Now that I discovered there is another Dunkin on Newberg on my home I will NEVER visit the store again.
