- APAlyssa Peck1 day ago1.0Let me start by saying I had just left the ER with my infant after being there since 2am and the interaction started at approximately 4:33am. The employee taking my order was rude and short from the beginning, with a lot of sarcasm and unnecessary comments. After I ordered, she continued making weird/rude remarks every time I interacted with her, including making comments about me being “broke.” I honestly don’t understand why she felt the need to make those comments to a customer. When I got to the window, she literally snatched my debit card out of my hand and then made a comment about my card only taking a “penny.” I checked my bank account afterward and there is NO Dunkin transaction on my card, so I’m not sure where the “penny” comment came from. The store was also supposed to open at 4:30 AM, and it honestly looked like barely any of the opening checklist had been done. I’ll also be honest and say that by the end of the interaction I was frustrated and I did cuss at her before I drove off. I shouldn’t have handled it that way, and I’ll own that. But I also don’t think that excuses how I was treated from the moment I placed my order. The employee CLEARLY did not want to be there this morning and made sure we knew. I’ve never had an experience quite like this at Dunkin, and unfortunately this interaction was enough to make me not want to come back to this location, if any at all… ALSO - The employee/manager was an older woman who appeared to be heavyset, had a noticeable mole on her face, and was missing some teeth. I’m including the description because I want management to know exactly which employee I’m referring to

I tried to tell her I put an online order in and if she could add more of the flavor because the site only allows 4 shots of the sugar free sweetener I wanted. When I got to the window it seemed like they were bickering about stuff. I just won't be back to this location.
