  Worst service ever!!! I have never experienced anything like this place. I will never be returning here! We ordered a Frozen Coffee and the Indian lady asked if we wanted a hot or iced??? After we said FROZEN!!!! Then she gave us an iced coffee only to get mad at the end because we refused to take it. Also the cashier who did not even take our order told us to move out of the line because we were “holding the line” when there were only 2 cars!! And said “if you don’t move, we will not give you your coffee” lol Excuse her!! We ended up getting a Frozen Coffee just like we asked without having to move only after I told her I was recording them on my phone. What kind of employees think they can yell at you and tell you what to do! Just in their world!!! Not on mine. (Don’t mean to be racist but please KNOW English if you are going to be taking food orders).

  I come here often before work and order the same thing. I’m going to start just going to the seven brew down the street because this is about the fourth time I’ve received my drink with about two-three inches of space left at the top. For almost six dollars…I’ll just go somewhere else. And keep in mind this photo was taken after I removed a giant 4x3” block of ice that was causing the lid to protrude upwards and block my straw from going.

  The young gentleman was very nice, however your cups aren't good because there shouldn't be a large space under the cup. If I want a medium sized cup I'd get one but if I want a extra large make it a extra large stop cheating people DUNKIN'

  Dude at drive through on 4/4/26 at approx. 11 AM is not suited to work in a customer facing role. He screwed up my order and was angry with me about it. Everyone has bad days, but don't take it to work with you man.

  11 am, out of vanilla donuts not planning to make more. Ordered an iced vanilla latte, received a hot one. Asked for the correct item was told "no, I asked you to check the screen". Sorry that with two screaming kids in the backseat I didn't notice YOUR mistake.
