  Long time dominos customer. 40 minutes late, called store and they answered only to leave the phone on the hook. I could hear them answering and serving other customers in person and ignoring me on the phone. Food never came. Would not recommend.

  called to order a pizza right away got asked if i could ‘just place it on the app’ and the app doesn’t work so when i told her that she had confusion and asked rudely why the app didn’t work. so i guess in order to get food from dominos now i have to troubleshoot their app and fight through it. not eating here again and ive worked there before. terrible service time and time again

  The chicken alfredo was dry and hard and the pizza was a bit burned on top. Not the usual i get at this store never had to complain before.

  After waiting an hour, my food has been marked delivered. Unfortunately, it was not delivered to me until another 10 minutes. Then all my food was crushed because they shoved it in the bag.

  CORPORATE, OWNERS, MANAGEMENT, DECISION MAKERS!!! This place needs your immediate attention. Pizza was ordered before 9PM. 10:30 the order was shown as not delivered until 1:20. Called the store and was placed on hold, said they could not cancel. We drove to the store and they could not cancel order, had no contact with the driver. Not only were they rude and unprofessional...the short older white lady raised her voice and proceeded to yell across the restaurant cause she only had 2 drivers and was obviously frustrated. The food finally arrived after 11 and of course it was old and tasted horrible! I highly suggest that you do some training on customer service, using the system, problem solving, and everything else. This store was the worst experience we have ever had with any restaurant. I would not recommend.
