Boyfriend placed an order for Dominos on
Sunday, and I went to pick it up. He was told about a 15 minute wait, which is about how long it takes for me to drive there, minus traffic, so realistically it took me about 20 minutes to get there with how heavy traffic was. I get there, and they’re blaring music loud. I don’t mind if you play music while you work; in fact I encourage it. But I could hardly hear the guy talk to me through the window because of how loud the speakers were.
The guy says he assumes I’m there for a pickup, and I give him the name. He looks at the screen, lets out a long “uhhhh” as he looks around frantically and then says “I assume you have the BBQ Bacon Chicken and Steak Ranch Parm and Parm bites?” To which I respond yes. He says “Well the Steak and Ranch isn’t ready yet; we’re waiting on it”, so I sit down on the one of only two seats they have in the building.
I wait an extra 15 minutes; Mind you, they haven’t had a phone ring, haven’t had anyone come in to pick up any other orders, just me.
Finally the lady, who I assume also made the food, brought them up to the counter and told me to have a good day, apologized for the wait, and smiled. I appreciated that, so an extra star for that.
When I got back home, I took a bite out of my Chicken, Bacon, BBQ pizza, and there was no sauce on the slice I bit into. I tore it apart to confirm, and there was none. The second slice I bit into had a little, but it was so minuscule, you could barely see it. Mind you; I had my boyfriend put on the order for EXTRA BBQ, and it was on the receipt, which means they saw that and decided not to do it, however my boyfriend got his extra ranch, so he was able to enjoy his pizza. I had to break out my own BBQ sauce, Sweet Baby Ray’s - Hickory and Brown Sugar, to save the day, because I’d say about 85% of my pizza had no sauce at all; dry as a desert! I appreciated the one slice that was nearly completely covered in bacon, but the sauce would have been nice!
Also, no marinara was provided for the bites, though every other Dominos I have ever ordered from before moving to this side of Louisville has provided it.
Not pertaining to the above experiences; the “slice sauce” is absolutely disgusting! Who even likes that stuff?! (Aside from my boyfriend. I forgive him for having…interesting taste.)
This experience won’t stop me from ordering Dominos…but maybe it will from this location. I looked at all the other reviews before typing this up, and wish my boyfriend had looked before placing the order; I believe these other reviews, purely because of my own experience with them. I think they TRY, but not hard enough.
Also someone, I assume the manager, parked their black pick up truck taking up 2 spaces and a partial of a third, in the first few spaces in the parking lot. I assume it’s the manager because as I said, nobody was there but me and two employees (and I assume a manager in the back), and I know a lot of managers who do that without any care in the world.
Can do better, probably won’t do better. I’d order from another dominos, if you can.

I usually always order delivery. And the second time that I ordered, I knew that somebody is just ignoring everything that the order says they sprinkle 2 or 3 leaves of spinach on my Pizza, I said, well done, they said okay, undercook i asked for it to be well done. It was done in 3 minutes. I i literally had to rebake my pizza twice I asked for it to be cut in the squares, they said nah, we're going to do it regular, just completely ignored everything. And this is the second time that this is happening, and it's only this location, because I love Domino's. Everyone around them gets it right.oh well luckily there's multiple pizza options around them
