  I like Domino's but this particular location is pretty unreliable and consistently has subpar service. The wait is always much longer than estimated. Sometimes it hasn't even been started when I arrive or gets made at all. I've just had to cancel orders eventually. If it was just an occasional thing but it's routinely like that. I would probably recommend traveling whatever distance to an alternate location in hopes of better service.

  I came into place a carryout order and accidentally asked for loaded tots. Once I realized I was thinking about something somewhere else the cashier (who I believe was a manager because she had a green shirt on) was rude and disappeared and never came back and left me standing there like I was stupid for about 10 minutes. Other people proceeded to come in behind me and we were all left standing there. I eventually left and went somewhere else to get something to eat. This happened around 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday May the 15th 2025

  Management has no clue what they are doing its a clear pivot to tap in to increased uber and door dash prices avoid dominos till they drop the ridiculous 3rd party fees they charge

  Manager was rude I sat in car 15 for my order cause when I got there was told order was not ready to go inside get food to car check pizza is cold manager tells me there is nothing he can do since I waited to get my food so I video them but can't post it on here so just had to charge it to the game of life here on earth. No more ordering from this store. It was the new one on Broadway near Baxter Ave

  First they called me to inform me that my pizza was here, so I made my way to the hotel lobby and wasted no time getting to the lobby. It only took me less than two minutes to get to the lobby so I could have a hot food, but no domino’s driver nor any food waiting at the checkpoint area. Domino’s wants you to wait for them instead of domino’s waiting on you to arrive to the lobby. 1st bad experience,2nd bad experience thin crust pizza missing sauce, 3rd bad experience missing dipping sauce, last bad experience, only a fraction was credited.
