- PWPatrick WilliamsMay 9, 20262.0This place is just constantly the hot mess express. App said my pizzas would be ready in 12-22 minutes. Didn't even go in the oven until they'd had the order over 30 minutes. I got 80% of my order after 45 minutes, but they hadn't made one of the pizzas. No worries they said, we'll pop it in the oven right now and it'll take 8-10 minutes. So I took the other pizzas back home so the rest of our party could eat while they were hot. When I arrived back at the store, was the other pizza ready? No, of course not. I still had to wait 10 more minutes as they panicked and realized that I did actually come back for the pizza. Final time it took to deliver on the promise of a 12-22 minute order? 70 minutes. Ugh. Ordering carryout from this store is a game of chance where your order will be ready on time about 35% of the time, it will be ready late about 50% of the time, and it will be both late and wrong the final 15% of the time. On the plus side their deals are pretty good and the pizza is more edible than Little Caesar's so I guess we keep coming back for more punishment.
