- MGMike GoforthApr 25, 20261.0I ordered a Philly sandwich, the cheese was burnt not enough meat on there and it wasn't spread out on the sandwich correctly. Management said they could not refund my money they would have to give me an in-store credit. For that location only. I was traveling and will never be back to this town so how could I use the credit? Domino's all over has terrible service. I will never eat there again at any location. And I used to be a Domino's manager years ago.

It was burnt up and didn't have hardly any meat on it. When we tried to get a refund just for the sandwich that was bad. They would not give us the money back. $10.00 wasted plus they charged $4.99 for delivery. They want to give a store credit that will never get used because we are never going back. Enjoy that $10.00 Domino's because we will never buy anything from any location again. Do the math on that times even 100,000 unhappy customers..
- NEN. ElsaApr 18, 20261.0Driver set out with my order at 1:17. I check back on the tracker and the map at 1:35 and his car is at a building at the next street over. I check back 15 minutes later, he’s still at the exact same building. I give it some time then get the notification that says my order was delivered, despite the guy still being at the same location he was in, according to the tracker, and not coming to my house. The order, of course, is nowhere to be found. I call the store and am on the phone for 25 minutes with their useless automated system message replaying over and over again, and I finally hang up because I can’t talk to a real person. There’s no other way to get help from their app without calling the store, and calling is useless. Will have to call the customer service line to ask for a refund but this is ridiculous
