- HCHaley CallebsApr 16, 20261.0Absolutely horrible delivery experience. I got a notification my pizza was delivered 40 minutes before it arrived. Apparently my drivers phone died so he sat at a gas station to charge it with my pizza in the car. It arrived cold of course. I had to call the store twice to even track down my delivery. To rub salt in the wound they forgot our sauces we paid extra for of course and the only option is credit - no refund. Also whoever answers the phone was very rude and short.

BUT .....recently we ordered from the English Station location and it was the WORST pizza we have ever gotten from any pizza location. I ordered 2 lg custom pizzas w/7 topping each. Most all toppings were missing. I ordered both to b square cut and only one was correctly cut. The thin crust pizza was over cooked. I won't be ordering from the English Station location any more. I will drive to the Buck Creek Simpsonville or Crestwood locations. I have gotten really good, correctly made pizzas also from the Prospect River Road location.
