My son and I decided to come here after having a great experience with a location in North Carolina. We had some money left on our card and thought why not? Well, I’ll tell you why not. Over half the games were not working properly and not marked as such. You’d swipe your card and either balls wouldn’t release, the gun for player 2 wouldn’t work, the controls didn’t work, or the game just flat out didn’t work. Multiple times we found a staff member who refunded the points to our card. But no one went and marked the game as out of order. They just kept letting people swipe their cards and have the same issues as we did. We reached a point where we quit trying to play anything because we were just losing our points, and tracking someone down and waiting in line to have your points reimbursed repeatedly got tiresome really quickly. The last straw was the condition of the women’s bathroom. It was a mess and this is a picture of the sink. This was overall a really disappointing waste of time and money. I would recommend giving the location in the Mall St. Matthew’s a hard pass. We won’t be back there.

We celebrated a Birthday. Our Sever Monty went over & beyond our expectations. Monty was knowledgeable about the menu & drinks. We had bar burgers, wings, chicken tenders, fries , nachos and spinach dip. We purchased the $55 dollar game package. It’s unlimited games for 24hrs.
