  Dont expect to be seated by staff when coming late in evening or during slow periods. You can stand there for several minutes and staff is around but they won't approach you right away to seat. In fact had to seat yourself and then flag down staff to get your order. But once seated, waiters are friendly and food is good and comes out fresh and hot. They will check on you several times but not disturbing so, and never felt rushed to finish even when busy.

  We’ve been waiting over 45 minutes for our food. When we arrived, the waitress on duty refused to serve us, so the bartender had to take our order. We thought things were going fine, but when the drinks arrived, they tasted like water. We mentioned this to the waitress as politely as possible, but she told us to pick something else because she wasn't going back to the kitchen to change the lemonade; we told her that was what we wanted, and that was that. By this point, we had been waiting 45 minutes just for a lemonade, and when we asked to have our food served there, she brought it out as a takeout order. Don't come here; this place is terrible.

  Me & my partner were sitting in the dining area while waiting to be served. Multiple servers and bartenders went past without a greeting. We were very polite and sat there patiently. Time was approaching 30 minutes without anyone coming to take our order or even acknowledge us. I then got up to find the kitchen manager, because I noticed many workers acknowledging we were there but no one to take our order. As I walked to the back, I approached Grayson. Grayson was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make things right. Right then and there Grayson took our order, had our drinks and food bought out to us very timely. There was also a server (not too sure of her name) but she also helped with our service. She was also friendly and swift with her service approach. The two were very professional and it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you.
