  This place is a joke. You have employees walking away from the customers at the counter. You have a manger that ignores the customers completely and is extremely rude not only to the customer but to the employees. Had a group of teenagers come in acting a fool no shoes. Just socks throwing food, and Language, you would not believe. Restaurant manager did nothing. Because she can’t turn the customer away. I would stay clear. Honestly. Food wasn’t correct. I had to take it back to the counter. And wait to be helped. Only to hear from said manager that she is helping her customers in line. Okay. Well if that was the case. I should have probably been helped before the other because I obviously, I’ve been there before them since I already had my food. People really need common sense now a days. And some respect. The young men had none. Shame on what parents are raising these days. Good luck with our future.

  I am a doordasher and I waited over 40 minutes for a order for 2 small blizzards for a order to be ignored and told multiple time that they were working on it for them not to even started it

  They made me pull up at the drive thru and made me wait 30 minutes. I finally went inside. I was ignored by the cashier. I asked for a refund. She said your food is right here. I said I dont want it. Just give me a refund. Do you think it is acceptable to wait 30 minutes pulled up at a drive thru? I will never go there again. Also the floor is so sticky and dirty that my shoe got stuck to the floor. Disgusting!

  This place has gone down so badly. I ordered a medium Snickers blizzard with extra Snickers and a medium mint Oreo blizzard. Neither one of them had hardly any candy in it. There was no mint in the mentorial blizzard and they were pretty much melted. I’m sorry to say this isn’t the first second or third time this has happened. I try to give places multiple chances because sometimes they have off days but this has gotten absolutely ridiculous.

  Stopped in to get my child a burger and asked for 12 ketchups. Yes that was a little extreme, but the last two times we have been in they have messed up the order and left out condiments. Which keeps a child from eating it. (Never left a bad review or even called. I realize mistakes happen.) The lady said 12, and then said no I’ll give you 4 in a nasty tone. A man came from around the side to eye ball me. Normally I don’t over ask and honestly would have paid for the extra ketchup. This place needs someone to come in and teach customer service for sure!
