The employee who helped them was extremely rude and dismissive. When she handed them their bag of chips, the way she did it felt disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. My kids went in simply to order food and should have been treated with basic courtesy and respect. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but there is no reason for customers especially children to be treated that way. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so other customers don’t have a similar experience.
