The norm is now one person doing tons of work in a bad mood and the others looking handicapped by bad operations or their own abilities. The dining room is now lucky to be of average quality. The store makes way too much money to be operating like it's about to shut down next week. Frustrating how easy it is to run it slightly better but still make it so hard on everyone.

- DWD WApr 17, 20262.0I have always preferred Chipotle over Qdoba. When we first moved to Louisville, we came here and loved it. Unfortunately, recently, it appears that the staff has gotten stingy in their portions. When I get a vegetable bowl, I think that having vegetables on that bowl is an integral part of the experience. Unfortunately, I had to ask multiple times for more vegetables which were proportioned sparingly at best. Additionally, other ingredients were delivered in the same sparing manner. I didn't notice this, but my wife remarked that they used up the vegetables on mine, and went over and got some from another location, but they didn't give her any on hers. This type of inconsiderate sparing service is unacceptable to me, and I will be looking elsewhere for my next dining experience.
