  Today was the second time in a row that the salt over-powered my meal. Sadly I will be hesitant to go back. Salt was intolerable this time. I don’t remember having these issues with Chipotle food prior to the 2020 pandemic. Im going to take a break from Chipotle and hope that in the meantime they recover more of what they used to have.

  Ordered food on door dash. First order they put the wrong order in the bag. Ordered again. They forgot the dressing for my salad and the chips are stale. Horribly disappointed- and shocked (negatively) of the quality.

  I arrived at this location at 11:44 pm which is early lunch hour. The meat pans were thinly stocked and the grilled pepper pan contained mostly onion and orange peppers which is very unusual because the green peppers are usually present and affects the taste of the order. The female building 2 bowls was focused more on skimping portions rice and meat and completely forgot to add black beans to one of my bowls. However she was most concerned with shouting down the line to the register to charge double for meat and we barely received a regular portion. A young guy standing next to the register advised he was the manager when I complained then shrugged his shoulder. I was charged $32.75 for 2 bowls without chips or a drink. One bowl itself i was charged $19.25. Ive never experienced this kind of treatment at this location before and I will not be returning. The meat selections were low, no one was cooking fresh meat behind the line and they were skimping and upcharging at this location. Today they lost a loyal customer. Also its outrageous to charge $1.70 for a small dollop of queso cheese without disclosing there is a cost to add it to the order. After today I will be making my own bowls at home. I suggest anyone reading this review to avoid this area all together. Very poor customer service. Trust me this company does not want me to post the photos of this food experience today.
