  Food in general sucks, employees aren't happy very often and I don't blame them, this location has always been trashy.

  They were out of several items in the middle of rush. Had to wait for them to cook items, then according to manager they cross contaminated the veggies and the meat (steak) meat was not cooked long enough nor was it cut correctly, which made it chewy and edible. 2nd time at 4th street location and it was an issue with either not receiving what I ordered or under cooked food.

  I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill on 04/20/2026 between 8:30 and 8:45 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. As a first-time customer, I ordered a bowl with plant-based protein. However, while eating, I realized my order had been made with steak. I am vegan and have not consumed meat in over a year, so this was not a minor mistake; it was a serious oversight. What made the situation worse was the response when I called the store. Instead of an apology or concern, I received a dismissive, unprofessional response. The employee I spoke with responded, “Okayyy… what do you want me to do about it?” in a tone that made it clear my concern was not being taken seriously. When I asked about a refund, I was told to call a 1-800 number rather than have the issue handled directly by the store. At that point, it became clear that there was no intention to take accountability or to resolve the situation reasonably. At that point, it was no longer just about the incorrect order; it was about the complete lack of accountability and basic customer service. Situations like this should be handled with care, especially when dietary restrictions are involved. A simple acknowledgment and willingness to correct the issue would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very poor first impression. Given the error and how it was handled, I will not be returning.

  Steak burrito gave me food poisoning, do better keeping food at appropriate temps!! Charged $2.95 for a smear of guac! That's it for me
