  Ed Bowles and his superstar team saved the day! Five stars! Thank you to Ed Bowles the store owner, Mia Brown(Marketing Director) and our dining host Amanda! I was picking up catering for my son Bond's 6th Birthday Party in the park, however it started to rain and thunder. I was going to have to cancel his party. I asked if I could have an impromptu birthday party in the back of the dining room this morning. The manager was so gracious and welcoming and said that we could. The entire staff was phenomenal. Ed Bowles made sure to check on us and we were gifted with stickers, crayons, coloring pages, and little stuffed animal cows. They went above and beyond! Mia and Amanda were phenomenal, so kind, gracious and helpful! Thank you so much! The Glenmary Superstar team saved the day and my son had a wonderful birthday party!

  I ordered the jalapeño sandwich meal, and the tomatoes were pretty much rotted with brown spots on the sandwich. My drink was overflowing. There was no napkins in the bag and then we also got a spicy deluxe combo same thing with the tomato on that sandwich and then that drink was also overflowing with no napkins reached out to the store manager. They said they were going to credit my account with a couple free vouchers never received them.

  One of the girls handing me my food was mocking my name as I pulled up and I really don’t appreciate that. I won’t be coming back and won’t advise anyone else to either. I just got done working a 12 hour shift and the last thing I want to have is for someone talking shit about me. Very rude and unprofessional

  I eat here quite a lot, And overall, Chick-fil-A is as we know Chick-fil-A. Great professionalism, Food is pretty good overall, It’s a good restaurant that’s why I continue to eat here. The only knock I will give it is it’s in a pretty crowded area with Kohl’s, And the roads are really bad with potholes. Ed the owner, Is a really good guy very polite and it’s always a pleasure to talk to him. I wish they had delivery that was not DoorDash, like they used to have their own employees & cars that focused deliver of their food, which was nice! Thank you Dean

  As far as food and service, this CFA location is top tier. I rarely have any issues. However, my ONLY complaint is cars passing through where curbside pick up is. I've almost had so many accidents and have been met with folks with serious road rage because they can't wait for me to park in the curbside area. Just block this part off for the safety of your customers please. 💕
