They were SLAMMED and it was raining, but we went through the drive thru and had our food in 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and the food was fresh.

I frequent this location a lot but the service has gotten so slow over the last several months. You can count on waiting in the drive thru line at least 25 minutes, even if you used the app to place your order. They used to be the model of great food and efficiently but that isn’t true anymore.

Unlike most Chick-fil-As, this one forgets something every time I go. Can be anywhere from an entire entree to just the dressing for my salad, but every single time something is missing.

Me being with my college cross country team, we had a great experience. They opened another register just for our team, in which they were very chill about it. They also gave us a free 30 piece chicken nugget to share with the team!!! Amazing!!!!

From the new chicken waffle rush on a Saturday morning 3 weeks ago, I made an app order for pickup of regular old item and tater tots. Inside restaurant was packed, told the counter girl my name, then waited 1 hour for them to get my food “ready” and call my name to the pick up counter, but the counter girl told me they forgot my order/couldn’t find it in their system AFTER A WHOLE HOUR WAITING INSIDE. Did not let me know earlier if there was an issue, wasted my time, and took my money. They doubted that I made my order - I had to pull out my order confirmation and show proof of purchase - then when the counter girl got another guy worker to come give me a refund, he counted the money wrong and gave me short of what I originally paid. They ran out of tater tots and the workers in the front counter were apologizing to the pick up line, customers complaining, negotiating replacements for tater tots, and just seemed a mess/disorganized! Pickup staff walked by ignoring customers too. Later I called back to let them know I was missing my full refund amount, but the worker wanted to argue with me. When you have a shift of teenagers running the restaurant with no adult supervision/stricter training, you’ve got disrespectful and incompetent workers who like to argue with their customers and show no accountability for their actions! I love Chick Fil A and have been a frequent buyer with the dinner shifts, but shame on this specific location. It’s really disappointing behavior from the morning shift as a whole. I’ve worked at Raising Cane’s across the road in my teen years so I can empathize with the rush of fast food being overwhelming, especially for teens, but please do not be disrespectful under pressure. I have yet to interact with a single adult from this location throughout this whole ordeal. I felt dismissed by the workers who told me they could do nothing about the situation and told me to come back again at my own convenience for the full refund. At this point, forget it I’m not even going to come back for my refund, you can take my money, but I have to let this occurrence be known so it never happens again to anyone else. Please let the adults/managers working here see this and create a more supportive environment for teens to work at with better wages, higher hiring standards, and incentivize better performance!!! You can designate each person to work in specifically drive thru, counter dine in, or counter pick up so that there is no more confusion, mix ups, and running around losing orders! Reduce the stress on your teen hires with more direct and clear communication. Be prepared for new item releases or don’t accept orders only for food items to run out/forget orders! Maybe you just need to hire more staff to handle the demand! I don’t know exactly the issue at this location but it’s not exactly my job to do so! The supply and demand calculations are out of whack here. I wonder who is the head in charge of this restaurant. I work in a hospital so I don’t know anything about running a restaurant but here’s some suggestions. It’s easy to exploit children, but they deserve better management! The teen workers are not responsible for the full blame of what happened because they reflect what they are taught, so I hope the current managers are switched soon. Difficult to contact this location online. Yes this is over one food order, Yes I am just one customer being a Karen, Yes I have food at home too, Yes the economy is bad, but this extreme reaction in a review IS warranted. I have never seen this level of disaster occur at any restaurant before as this one morning shift. I have free speech so yes I’m writing an essay just over one food order and I want to call out this big chain corporation!
