  Charley's Cheesesteaks is a delightful restaurant with dine in and drive through. It is a great alternative to the usual places just off of Preston Hwy. I had the Cheesesteak combo. You can see by the empty basket how good it was. Friendly employees and good 70's music. This was my first time, but will definitely be back.

  Went through drive thru …. The man that taken my order sounded half a sleep….. waited 8mins at the window after I paid cash young lady could barely reached Anne my food and she said there you go! Like she just didn’t care …. lol this world has gotten so lazy! Other wise food was 8 out 10 good

  as soon as i get to the drive through i sat and waited for 5 minutes until the girl said "hellooooo". ordered my food and took over 20 minutes to get my order, a sandwhich and fries, and it was wrong. i asked for no tomato and mayo and it came with only mayo. the other workers sat on their phones the whole time i was in the window. not a great first impression for a new place. i dont even give bad reviews usually but this one i feel was waranted.

  Always been a big fan of Charley’s and was so excited when they came into my area. We walked in and were greeted instantly by a nice gentleman. The restaurant was clean and we got our food super quick. There were no mistakes and it was delicious as always. Can’t wait to eat here more.

  The manager at this location was the best thing for this store. I ordered at the drive thru 10 bone in with a fry and drink. I get to the window and they gave me boneless. I checked my order before leaving the window. The clerk returned to the window after seeing I needed help and I told her I ordered bone in. She never apologized at all. The manager comes to the window explaining it will be an up charge and I said ok. There was math that didn’t make sense to me and I asked for a refund that he provided. When he opens the window, I can hear the employees in the back, “she’s doing all this and asked for boneless but gets to the window and wanted something else!”. I never acted over the top and the manager and I were very civil. The employees were completely unprofessional and idiots for having the nerve to mock a customer who is helping pay their bills. Never again.
