  Today was the first time I tried this restaurant and I’m a bit impressed. They are fast and friendly. The food is amazing. I ordered pick up and it said that my order would be ready in 7 minutes. When I got there it was ready. The food packaging is neat. The taste of their food is great. Their bread is just right and not hard when taking a bite. I like their ice. They put just enough food on the bread for the sandwich. And it’s not just one sandwich you get, it’s two sandwiches. I highly recommend this restaurant.

  I have looked for a long long time for a Philly cheese steak like the ones on the East coast. This was it!! The owner was super nice to come outside to hear my review. Super nice guy. Go to this location if you want a taste of the best Philly sandwich in Louisville!

  We've been looking for a good cheese steak in the area and have had a hard time finding one we like until now. We really liked the steak and cheese. We'll be back for sure.

  Owner is a joke.. had a glitch in the app when ordering and order was placed to wrong location (I had my location favorited and distance said 3 minutes away) After order was placed, I realized it was switched to this location. Me and my coworkers called this location SEVERAL TIMES. This location was 20+ minutes away so there was no chance we could make it there in our lunch break. We tried calling immediately so they would not start on the food but did not receive an answer with no voice mail available. Even when we went to our location, the owner there could not get in touch with the owner at this location. We had someone go in store to explain our situation and was told the order was canceled. Waited 7 business days with no refund so I sent an email. Received an automatic response to wait 3 business days for a response. Waited 3 business days and nothing. So I sent a second email. Waited 3 business days… nothing again. So I went in person. Owner was not there and was called on speaker phone. I explained everything over the phone and his response was “how is that my fault?” I stated we tried multiple times to contact there day of with no response. Also there was a glitch that switched locations, so how is it my fault? No matter what I had to say, his response was always “how is it my fault?” When I tried to explain myself and the situation in a calm manner, he interrupted me and said “we are not arguing.” Which shocked me, because I agree this was no an argument. Just wanted to explain my side. All I can say is I’m very disappointed with how he handled this.
