    Got a to go order on Saturday of wings and apparently a melted lid with a side of pretzels. Not sure how this happened. When we called about it, we were told it was because the cheese is too hot?? I really need to know, but either way it’s disgusting. Trashed them since there was melted plastic and the cheese was all over the inside of the box.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at B-Dubs. Saturday, September 12th @9:30 I went to the restaurant to eat, and while I was inside, my truck was broken into in the parking lot they busted out my windows and there was glass all over my babies booster seat and a gun was stolen out of my vehicle. I had to have a friend come to get me and my kids so they didn’t have to sit in the truck. I immediately contacted the police and filed a police report. I also spoke with a manager at the restaurant and asked them to make an incident report. The manager took pictures of my vehicle, but apparently never made an actual incident report. So he took pictures for his own Show and tell. During this I was told that this same thing has happened FOUR times at this location vehicles being broken into and guns being stolen. but no incident report was made. There are absolutely no cameras in the parking lot Two managers told me this. The next day, I called and spoke with another manager because I wanted a copy of the incident report. I was then told that B-Dubs only rents the building and not the parking lot, and that anything that happens in the parking lot is the responsibility of whoever owns the property. What really bothers me is that the manager I spoke with somehow knew about and had access to the pictures taken by the previous manager, yet there was supposedly no incident report made. I understand that B-Dubs may not own the parking lot. My issue is how the situation was handled afterward. If this has happened multiple times, including multiple guns being stolen from vehicles, I would expect management to take these incidents seriously, properly document them, and at the very least provide basic assistance to customers who were victimized while dining at their restaurant. Instead, I was left feeling like nobody wanted to take responsibility or even properly document what happened. I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious about leaving anything of value in your vehicle while eating at this location. Four unreported incidents involving vehicles being broken into and guns stolen is deeply concerning, especially when management is apparently aware of the pattern. Plus not having cameras or even good lighting. I’m out over $500 for a new window plus a booster seat and a detail clean to ensure my kids safety. I’m still waiting on a call back from the owners of bdubs. But I’m assuming this will go unacknowledged just like the previous incidents.

    Me and my dad went late afternoon and no one was their we sat down and not a singular person came up to our table for 15 minutes not water not questions. Empty. When we finally got service we asked why there was no one serving us and they said something broke in the back. Little bit after that the manager was table tapping and we saw him put his drink down on a table and then he came to our table knowing we saw him. I’m was surprised he picked it back up but expected nothing less.

    I keep coming back for the wings but not once have I ever had good service here. I'd go all the time if the place wasnt always understaffed and slow to get out drinks and food. It's not enjoyable spending 2+ hours at a restaurant.
