WORST EXPERIENCE ever at any restaurant. HOSTESS was RUDE and NOT HELPFUL. We requested Hunter as our server, and she told us he wouldn’t be available, but we later found out Hunter was fully available, she just did not want to give him the table. After arriving 30 minutes early for our 8pm reservation, we still waited 45 MINUTES for them to seat our party of 8 on a 6-people table right next to a dirty and empty 8-people table they didn’t feel like cleaning. We then WAITED 20 MINUTES for anyone to acknowledge us until I let the hostess know. We got GIANNA to take our drink order (only know her name from the bill, she never introduced herself.) DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. Then took 15 MINUTES until I GOT UP, walked to the kitchen and requested our drinks (all waters and sweet tea), which were brought by another guy and was also missing a drink. It took 30 MINUTES for the first plate to come, and the other came after at different times. It seemed like the kitchen had lack of management when the restaurant was almost empty after 9pm.
We ate surrounded by dirty tables that staff showed no urgency to clean. Then, they FORGOT and NEVER brought one of our orders after 90 MINUTES. When it came time to pay, they charged my bill to my friend’s card, and his to mine.
Also brought the cards back with no ink pen to sign them.
All this has never been the case on past experiences at this restaurant, HUNTER for service, and DIEGO in the Kitchen have always taken care of us with excellence. But we didn’t get Hunter, and Diego had worked earlier and finished his shift.

Waited 45 minutes after ordering before I just got up and left. Waiter was nice but seemed overwhelmed. We ate bread, drank water and waited. There were several other groups that came in, sat, ordered and got waited on before we left. Portions are out of control and if the bread was any indication on the quality of food, it can't be great.

I’ve been here a few times before and it was ok. Lastnight was different.
Waitress was very young and almost every question we had was answered with “I don’t know/im not sure”.
My dad’s red wine was served in this little ordinary glass cup, not even a wine glass.
Biggest crime of all, they served eggplant Parmesan with no pasta, that is just unforgivable.
Was told in order to have pasta would have to place a separate order for pasta.
Will not be back anytime soon.

Worst experience and BIGGEST waste of my money in my life. The food was inedible and the service, or should I say lack of service was worse. Cocktails had no taste and my nephew's drink wasn't even right! Ordered Bruschetta for appetizer and it was nothing but toast and chopped tomatoes, probably from a can. Nothing else. Definitely no mozzarella at all to be found. We had received our bread in the middle of the table . Not any if the four of us were given a saucer. Then the so called Bruschetta was served . Still no plates. When we asked for some saucers , staff acted like we lost our minds. What did we need saucers for??
We were told our water would take a few minutes, because there were NO clean glasses. Our open table reservation was for 745. At 9:15 our food was brought out.
No service, no water refill, no offer of another MOCKTAIL. Nothing, until 1 of our 2 servers asked if we would need to go boxes, and we replied, we would like to get our food first. The MOST time our server spent at our table was when she brought the bill and HOVERED over me until I signed the receipt. It was my sister's birthday dinner and I was so furious, I could not even speak. And not one time did anyone come by to make a table visit. No manager to be seen. The food was so bad, I resorted to tomatoes from the Bruschetta with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. We had to ask for silverware and when the entrees were brought out and we asked for plates, the server nodded towards the saucers we had to beg for to attempt to eat our tomatoes and toast. I would never recommend this place to anyone

The food was decent. The lasagna was excellent, but the other dishes varied. Service was not good, I burned my hand on a plate where we weren't told was hot -- it was scalding hot. Our appetizer took over an hour to show up, matter of fact, it came after the bill. We only got one drink refill our entire meal and we had to flag our server down and ask for that one. The manager never came to the table and nothing was comped. All-in-all, a thoroughly lousy experience. The lasagna I burned my hand on was good though.
