- IPIzzy PowellApr 30, 20262.0The worker we encountered was not wearing a name tag, but this happened roughly 8:20am on 4/30/26 so I hope the business can figure it out. She was short, rounder, with a long dark ponytail. The employee was extremely rude and dismissive, making no effort to correct her mistakes. My friend ordered a large vanilla cold brew, both of us already having paid including a tip. Upon grabbing it, the employee discovered they were out of large cups. Should be no big deal, except we were offered no solutions (just complete silence and a deadpan stare) and the large size was already paid for. My friend and I had to start coming up with solutions as the customers which is ridiculous. Eventually, we put the drink into a large hot drink cup instead. Then, I ordered a regular classic cold brew. The employee put cream in it and I very politely spoke up, saying I asked for a black cold brew. She rudely said that wasn’t possible, as a cold brew with no cream is just an ice coffee. So I guess I wanted an iced coffee. However, the company website describes a classic cold brew as black, aka no cream. So not only was this not true, but we also received a very disrespectful attitude the entire time. Food was pretty good despite the terrible customer service.
