- RXRobert Xander3 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and spoke to customers in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. The overall experience was unacceptable, and the store’s service and management need serious improvement. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this location to others based on my experience. I strongly request that the owner take this complaint seriously, investigate the situation, and reconsider the current management, including changing the manager if necessary. A business cannot maintain a good reputation when customers are treated this way. I hope the owner takes immediate action to improve the service and ensure that customers are treated properly in the future.

The employees were nice until I returned my brownie Sunday. The brownie was super dry. I had one pump of fudge at the very bottom of the bowl. And then it was layered with a dry brownie. Two female employees were laughing at the interaction with myself and the male/female employee. My money was returned and Baskin Robbins and a lost a customer. Cold Stone creamery turned around and made a similar item for less and tasted better. I also noticed an employee dipping a spoon in the ice cream with her bare hand and helping herself to some ice cream. That is extremely nasty. For the price, a decent amount of fudge should have and could have been added. Perhaps another location will offer better service. I won't return to this one.

Order couldn’t be completed (store “tried to call” but no voicemail in my inbox and they said it was full. Also said I had no email with the order but I got an email confirmation for the order.) Owner yelled at me and immediately placed the fault on me when I asked for a refund. Owner routinely leaves teenager workers unaccompanied by management when they are unable to complete tasks such as writing on cakes or making refunds. Very disappointed and will not be back.

How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.

You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
