  I went back there to grab an order they didn’t had gloves on and they was using there phone what a disgusting place not using gloves

  I ordered the french dip. As usual sandwiche is room temperature at best The auju was very hot. Jalapeno poppers fresh out of the grease. The staff was cordial and attentive. The dinning looks updated and modern. It was clean. The food tasted how I expected it. Roast beef portion seems a little skimpy. Wherever you go nowadays, it's pay more and get less. Arbys is just regular, nothing to get excited about. I can make a better french tip at home. I actually had come for the onion rings, which I was told, is not on the menu anymore. If you want to eat a so so roast beef sandwich at barely room temperature, then arby's is your go to.

  Went specifically to get a Arby's beef and cheddar and was told that they were out of roast beef and would be out for at least an hour!!! So I got a Reuben sandwich and your white cheddar mac and.. the reuben sandwich was okay the only reason I gave 2 stars.. the mac and cheese was and the macaroni appeared under cooked... I got a ham and cheese sandwich because you were out of roast beef ..which the ham and cheese was okay.. like I said the macaroni and cheese was I got those items for someone that was in the hospital and they couldn't even eat so I wasted.. I will never frequent Arby's on Bardstown Road again

  Ordered Beef-n-cheddar and a double beef-n-cheddar. Not much meat on either sandwich. At least not like advertised in pictures. Ordered sauces and got none. Including the Bronco Billy sauce for the jalapeño bites. You shouldn’t have to ask for that, but I did, it should automatically be there. Teach your employees how to fill orders. Especially through a delivery service when you are paying so much more!!
