Normally I have good experiences here, but I don't generally open my sandwich until I get home. This time, there was no chicken on my chicken bacon swiss

I was in the drive thru in front of my coworker so I decided to pay for his meal. When we got back to the office he said he paid cash for his meal that I had already paid for so the lady at the drive thru just stole his cash because I was 100% charged on my card for both meals. You try to do something nice here and this is what happens.

I went through the drive thru, told them I've got a meal deal coupon for $17.99. When ordering I'd ask if I could get 1 potato cakes and 1 curly fries instead of regular fries. He asked me how many potato cakes. I said one potato cakes and 1 curly fries. He again said how many potato cakes? I repeated 1 potato cakes and 1 curly fries. All of a sudden, the guy yelled, "DO YOU WANT 2, 3 OR 4 POTATO CAKES?! WE DON'T SELL JUST ONE!!" I looked at my coupon and said medium. When I got to the window, I saw the guy who yelled at me was a suppervisor/manager, as he was wearing a collared shirt (different from rest of staff in t-shirts). So no good to ask for a manager!
Absolutely rude, horrible service from him! He needs to be trained in customer service, or retrained. He should had asked small, medium, or large. Or maybe KNOW what sizes come with the meal coupon? My son was fuming that he had yelled at us! I doubt if we'll be back to this location.
Terrible, disrespectful, customer experience at this location.
