    Food is good. I usually used drive thru & all employees were super nice & helpful. Except the person who acts like she's manager. That's reason for low rating. I have service dog. I usually got a shake, asked to leave off whipped cream & make pup cup instead. They know me & everyone did except mgr person, who gave me a little squirt in bottom that's not as much as would have been on my shake, as if that 1 or 2cents extra is coming out of her salary. They've lost a long time customer. Especially since I can drive 1 extra mile to an Arby's that gives me good service, are also very nice & gives us a full pup cup + 3 little dog biscuits on top :)

    it's interesting that people's personal phone calls, when they're working is more important. Then getting a delivery order out the door. And then giving someone a mean, look when the delivery customer calls and calls you on it. We all have jobs to do please have integrity when you do your job. You can always call someone back. It is not the delivery driver's job to cover your lack of integrity for the time.You're taking for that delivery.

    They told me I couldn’t get mozzarella sticks as my side. I could last week I think this place has poor training and a poor team this place used to be so much better and faster.

    👏👏IRIS great job!! I'm not a huge fast food person, but when I do indulge, I come here specifically for the fries along with the beef and cheddar. Iris made the experience outstanding. With her enthusiastic energy, along with making sure my order was perfect, it's what made the experience perfection! Honestly people would enjoy their experience at fast food drive~thru locations so much better if more had her attitude and care! The meal was great but the service was even better. Keep up the great work! People like Iris are what keep others coming back to the restaurant!
