Door dashed 2 beef n cheddar sandwiches and fries food was old and cold terrible for 15$:wastes of money don't waste your money
The staff is so rude. We go here for work and they get so angry, rude and refuse to take more than 2 orders through the drive thru. So we have to make mobile orders. Even then, they make it very clear that ordering food is a huge inconvenience for their day. Well, I don't want ice in my drink, ordering online DOES NOT allow me to modify my drink. Every time they argue and fight with me saying "they make it how I order it" I try and be nice and explain that it doesn't allow me to, but they don't want to hear it and continue to argue. If we ask for sauces, they get an attitude. Hannah was especially rude today when we are trying out hardest to be polite, saying, saying please, thank you, sorry. We should have to apologize to the worker for asking for ketchup.
I even took a screenshot to prove to them that "modify" wasn't an option for my drink. But again, they didn't want to hear it, they just wanted to be angry because they have to do their job.

Ordered delivery last night. When the food arrived it was lukewarm. Both fry containers, a L and M, half full. Ruben not on rye bread, it came on what looked like white wheat maybe and it wasn't even toasted. The half lb Beef n Cheddar had no sauce, wrong bun and half the meat that was supposed to be on it. Both buffalo ranch chicken sandwiches had zero ranch, one regular and one slider.
At some point they must have changed their sizes because the large was in a medium cup and the XL was in a large cup, even further lowering any "value" received. The Arby's brand is continuing to ask you for your money at an ever increasing rate while at the same time lowering the amount and quality of their food and service. This location embodies that to the 10th degree
Went here two nights in a row. The male drive thru cashier and Lobby female cashier top teir customer service. My issue was with the second night. Got two steak bowls which are ten dollars. Its bad enough they only give your four pieces of steak on the bowls for ten dollars. I understand with restaurants that portions are usually corporate decisions. But for the people preparing the food in the back your guys could at least make sure the four pieces of steak you do give is not dried up and overcooked especially for the price customers are paying for these bowls.

I’m so mad at corporate for taking away their Orange Cream Milkshakes. Just when I tried my very first one, I go back the next week and they’re not selling them anymore! SHAME ON YOU CORPORATE FOE TAKING THESE AWAY FROM OUR COMMUNITY OF PARENTS WHO LOVE THEM JUST AS MUCH AS THEIR CHILDREN DO!
