  1st time here. We used drive thru to get a shake for me & a pup cup for my working dog. Too many places that is a real problem. But they were quite happy to fix him one. (Lady was smiling, evidently she'd heard my story before) It was full to the brim & even had 3 small dog bone treats on top. And my shake was really good too

  The food came just like i ordered it i dont like 1000 island on my reuben sandwhiches. They were friendly and fast.

  Stopped to get two roast beef sandwiches and found Bacon Nuggets on the menu!! Deep fried nuggets of pork belly. Something so satisfying about deep fried pork belly. Mmmm.

  Sat in line for 10 minutes. Got two Meat and Threes. I got pulled forward to wait which is fine but it was another 15 minutes. I watched maybe 7 cars pass me that ordered after me. I got the food. I got a meat and two on both. Fry. Sandwich. No sides. Then. My beef and cheddar. Just see the Pic. I want a full refund. Ridiculous. Will never be back to any louisville locations.
