  Got a americano bc a simple ice coffee wasn't an option at a coffee spot. Asked for skim milk and they literally put a small dash of milk. Tasted burned.

  Went for a walk up because I drive a box truck like i always do at 7 brews. This was my second time visiting this location first time came early in the morning great service. Today!! I came after finishing work at 7:40 they had me standing there for legit 10 mins then finally someone came out i asked him did the girls tell you i was here he said no he just seen me and came to help thank you Luke!! For the service. The other workers literally made eye contact with me and just kept drinking there water and talking it was literally zero cars in the drive thru . It’s freaking 80 plus degrees out and they making there customers wait. Please teach the youngins how to have customer service.

  If you pay with a card here, check your account! I paid for a small drink for my daughter and there was a separate considerably larger charge. I asked them about it and was told they didn’t see it in their system it was a banking error and to “just dispute the charge”. Chase bank doesn’t randomly charge me for 7 Brew just to be clear…I can understand a mistake but if there’s no accountability and the error is put off on the customer that’s an issue for me.

  Really love Seven Brew and will keep going back but they seem to give me the wrong order often. Has happened probably 3 times or so since they’ve opened and it ends being something that I’m not in to so it’s lost money. They’re a new location and are still training so I don’t really hold it against them, just might wait a couple of months to go back

  If they make a mistake I guess they're trained not to fix them. It's a brand new store, mistakes are bound to happen. That's okay. People can make mistakes. Managers that refuse to make it right for the customer have no place in the service industry. You can see the order history- we're here every day. I guess that means so little to 7brew they'd rather protect their pocket from a 7 dollar loss than to continue doing 14 dollars a day from me.
