  Love this stand so much! The crew is so nice- whenever I’m in town on business I go out of my way to come see these guys! Never had a bad drink or interaction!

  First time customer and decided to use a free small drink coupon. The girl who took our order became increasingly rude in our interaction (curly hair and pink tattoo on neck). i didn’t know whether she was annoyed because i was unfamiliar with the menu, or whether my questions about hot drinks were slowing her down, or maybe she was having a bad morning? We did not feel welcome there, and the encounter was simply so negative that I do not plan to return.

  The way this parking area is set up is really stupid. There’s one enterence and exit and i just feel like it should’ve been planned better or the stand should’ve been dropped off on another corner. The service was the slowest I’ve experienced at a 7 brew. I had to repeat my order twice and when I checked my history on my app the guy didn’t even take the order right…no wonder it didn’t taste right. The person taking the order needs a course on customer service and listening skills. They need some borrowed help from other stands to be trained to be better.
