- JJJamie5 days ago1.0No shade to the 7 Brew chain as a whole, but at this location in particular I've experienced some disappointing customer service. I've been to Poplar Level roughly 3 times. The first time was pretty normal, but the second and last time, both the people making my drink and handing it off to me talked to me like I was an idiot. Yesterday, I attempted to order a Sweet and Salty. I know it's listed as a breve, but I had asked if I could change it to a latte. The person taking my order said this was fine, but when I was handed my drink, it appeared to be made with half & half because it was so light. When I asked if it was a breve, they just told me "Well, the Sweet and Salty is a breve." I told them that I knew, and that I had ordered it as a latte instead, and if it was possible to remake it. They seemed upset by this, and just responded with "I guess." Awkward and embarassed doesn't begin to cover how I felt, especially since this was my second negative experience in a row. I would've been alright with them just explaining to me that the drink couldn't be a latte, or if they had said they were in a rush, and it couldn't be remade. Instead, they opted for acting as though I was an inconvenience. Please work on how you talk to your customers, especially when your mission is to "Cultivate Kindness."
