  have 7brew multiple times a week and this location is the ONLY one that tastes different too sweet every time. have tried multiple times bc convenient location but never consistent

  The woman with the red hair who took my order was amazing and was so kind and receptive I would definitely go again!! Someone needs to give her a raise!! Didn’t get her name but she was working 6/7/2026 at 7.

  The staff at this location are very friendly, professional, and always engaging with customers. The service is always fast and accurate.

  9/10 times, awesome service. Drink consistently tastes the same unlike other places I go where my order might as well be different every time I go. The people are almost always on it, positive, and effective at their job. There was the 1 time today where the girl seemed far more interested in her conversation with a colleague than taking my order, and then wasn't even looking in my direction while she handed it to me - it could very easily have been spilled onto my car because she wasn't paying attention. This negative experience has only happened once, and I come here quite often, so I won't take a star.

  No shade to the 7 Brew chain as a whole, but at this location in particular I've experienced some disappointing customer service. I've been to Poplar Level roughly 3 times. The first time was pretty normal, but the second and last time, both the people making my drink and handing it off to me talked to me like I was an idiot. Yesterday, I attempted to order a Sweet and Salty. I know it's listed as a breve, but I had asked if I could change it to a latte. The person taking my order said this was fine, but when I was handed my drink, it appeared to be made with half & half because it was so light. When I asked if it was a breve, they just told me "Well, the Sweet and Salty is a breve." I told them that I knew, and that I had ordered it as a latte instead, and if it was possible to remake it. They seemed upset by this, and just responded with "I guess." Awkward and embarassed doesn't begin to cover how I felt, especially since this was my second negative experience in a row. I would've been alright with them just explaining to me that the drink couldn't be a latte, or if they had said they were in a rush, and it couldn't be remade. Instead, they opted for acting as though I was an inconvenience. Please work on how you talk to your customers, especially when your mission is to "Cultivate Kindness."
