  Worker who was on blended drinks today was honestly rude. Both me and my friend’s drinks tasted like water. My friends originally wanted it a lemonade which they were out of and told us AFTER she ordered and paid. Things happen, thats understandable. It was the response when she didn’t like the substitute. “well thats what you ordered” very distasteful and I’ve never had problems at any other location but this one. Im not sure what training went into these employees but this was terrible. Then turned to talk to her coworkers about what she wanted as a replacement and made snarky remarks. Distasteful.

  I love 7 Brew! I typically go to the Southern Indiana locations but more recently I’ve been having to go to Poplar Road due to work. The past few times I have been fairly disappointed at this location. I can usually expect a 20 minute plus wait at this location, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but for example, today, I waited 15 minutes in a standstill line without getting my order taken. I get that businesses can be busy, but it’s frustrating to see two employees sitting on the curb coloring as I have been waiting for 15 minutes and only 1 person is working the line and cash register. I did end up leaving the line, but who knows how long I would’ve had waited for. Very disappointed.

  There is nothing like the special treat of a 7 Brew Funnel Cake Chiller with whipped cream and caramel drizzle! I absolutely LOVE them! I cannot pass up a 7 Brew! The service is always really fast, the staff is super friendly, and prices are perfect and the value is amazing.

  The drinks are great, and the service is even greater. I love my iced cookie butter. Smiling friendly people working there. This company needs to go into people training business as well. It's a skill missing in this world. Thank you 7 Brew for your 10 scale people.

  The drinks are amazing and the service is excellent. I have been a regular customer at this location, going almost every day since they opened. I have seen a noticeable improvement in service since Tori Hawkins has taken over as manager at this location. #keepupthegoodworktori
