  The outer loop store is the better store of the 2 7brews i go to on a regular basis. More flavor!

  These Young women are really out here doing the very best they can! They are sweet and working under allot of pressure, be nice to them! I have NEVER had a single issue out of customer service ( these kids have always shown hospitality) or them getting my order wrong.

  I really like their drinks here but they have bad service. I sat waiting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes while cars who got there after me were getting their orders taken as well as getting their drinks while I hadn’t even gotten my order taken and when I explained how long I’ve been there and what had happened, they refuse to give me a discount. I have not had an issue here before while I’ve been here a couple times and understand things can go slowly sometimes, waiting over 30 minutes is ridiculous while other cars are getting their orders taken and their drinks, and then not getting a discount for an 8 dollar drink. I’m not a typically person to do this, but it was ridiculous that I got out of there at the time I thought I would be in downtown Louisville by.

  My husband and I love 7Brew. We get it at least once a week. This specific location has very slow service times and something is wrong with our drink about half of the time. Today, we waited close to 30 minutes for our drink. It was supposed to be chiller and the ice was completely melted by the time we got it. Really rooting for this place to improve. We were so excited when this location opened.

  Every time I come to this location it’s a 20minute minimum and they skip you every single time. For instance ive been in line since before 1pm and the entire left lines cycled through twice and I still haven’t even made to the turn at the front of the building or ordered. I could literally go to outer loop and back before they take my order at this one. I regret coming here every single time
