  I love 7 Brew, but this location is one I try to avoid whenever possible. Unfortunately, the service is consistently disappointing, the staff isn’t very friendly, and my drinks are frequently made incorrectly. This morning was yet another example of that. On top of everything else, the drive-thru feels much narrower than at other locations, making the experience less convenient overall. I’m a big fan of 7 Brew, which makes it even more frustrating that this location consistently falls short. I have no issues with the brand itself, but the service, friendliness, and drink accuracy at this particular location need improvement. I shouldn’t have to cross my fingers and hope my drink is made correctly every time I visit.

  Drinks used to be fresh. But now they fix your chiller when your 6 cars back. It sits and melts. I’m tired of paying out money for lousy drinks and food everywhere you go anymore. I can go to Kroger and buy chocolate milk. That’s how it taste by the time you get it.

  The young man informed me that they had a Halloween Drink.Boo Raspberry Blue Pom Smoothie w/Whipped Cream. 7 Brew,what you said is spooky-good.What a great way to cool down after a long day.

  The staff is always friendly, but sometimes I feel a little rushed with my order especially when I'm mid order and they try to finish my sentence and order for me based on my past history. Slow down and let me order what I want!

  This 7 brew is abysmally bad. I’ve been to multiple 7 brew locations and even at peak hours they aren’t anywhere near as terrible as my two experiences at this location have been. It is the slowest moving place ever. Like I’ve had faster experiences at the dmv. The inside line will come to a complete standstill but the outside line will have a person taking the order of every car in line so it keeps moving while the inside line puts one car through ever 8 minutes. I sat in line for 10 minutes while the outside line got 5 cars through. It’s a terrible system and the workers are not pleasant. Not giving this location a third try.
