  I know it was Mother’s Day, but they had the deal by two drinks and get a Cousy which we never got The service was super rushed, which is understandable, but they didn’t give one of the drinks as ordered very disappointed. booo👎

  I am normally always happy with this 7 brew. Recently, my friend who lives a block away gave me some coupons that she received in the mail. I have used these coupons at this exact location before but the 3rd one I tried to use, they told me that I can only use it at the new location in Ponchatoula. The next time I went, I asked one of the brewista’s why I couldn’t use them when I used them at this location before. She told me they just had a feature added to their system so she could accept it. The next time I went I was just told I can’t use the coupon here again. I’m just confused. They should clarify their policies with all employees.

  The black female with bushy hair was very disrespectful looking at us talking about us and holding line talking to her friends for no reason people like this shouldn’t be working here especially when i spend money at 7brew every day i’m all about customer service!

  It's drive thru coffee tea shakes & energy drinks service is always fast and friendly the atmosphere is what you make it since it's strictly drive through and they are always on point with my coffee
