Seth is new, but I am thoroughly impressed with how well he treats people and his willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Keep the winning attitude! Shout out to most of the staff at this location!

The employees are so friendly and ask about my day. They care and work hard! I love 7btew. The girl who gave me my drink told me happy birthday and asked what I was going to do to celebrate. I told her this was it….get my 7 brew. She was so energetic and enthusiastic and full of life!! They were Happy Birthday on my lid!! So sweet!

I visit the 7 Brew in Fern Creek often but this past visit left me not really interested in going back due to the interaction with one employee and the lies she told just to get out of doing the job. They had a BOGO because our sports team had scored the needed points for the promotion, so we went ordered our drinks Ask about the buy one get one and was told oh you have to order on the app to get that, I then said I have a free drink on my account I’ll just use that…..and she said you have to order on the app to do that. I’ve never had to order on the app to get my free drink ever or to use BOGO. I looked on the website, It says to just let the barista know which I did so not only was I not able to use the buy one get one promotional, but she wouldn’t even let me use my points for the free drink. What’s the point of having them then. And contacting through email does nothing except an automated response with no follow up.

This location is awful I've been four times and 3 three of those times I wait forever and the staff are never friendly but immediately ask for a tip after ordering. This morning was the worst by far I pulled in around 5:40 and three cars were ahead of me two in the left lane one in right so I got behind the car in the right lane, took a few minutes but the three cars got there orders taken and drinks brought to them. In that time two more cars arrived and instead of coming to my car the worker went to the two cars that had just arrived and took there orders, I had already been waiting for awhile and was having my time wasted more it's either incompetence or just not caring at this location so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money there is another location down Bardstown rd close to Wendys that is far better they are quicker and nice.
