  They fail to explain that their ice cap machine was down and decided to blend it did it wrong knew it was gross tasting and still gave it to me and then still hasn't refunded my money

  Colton is the best as well as the other associates. Their friendly and the drinks are always on point.

  I had a bad experience this afternoon at this location. The people weren’t rude per se but the employees do not make a consistent product. I ordered a small Carmel macchiato and a lg Strawberry Matcha both w/Almond milk iced and with cold foam. First time they tried to give me the macchiato in a lg size and the Strawberry Matcha in a small. I said in a nice way that they messed up on the size’s. They made another attempt and gave me the lg cold macchiato rather than throw it out, which was nice. Got the second try and they gave me a brown muddy looking Strawberry Matcha in a small again-I was holding up the line the barista was frustrated as was I. Both of the coffee drinks were sloppy made with caramel blobbed on the bottom, not streaked through the container. A matcha should never be muddy brown. I get them all over town and they are green no matter what kind of milk used. The barista said because it was almond milk it was brown. That gaslight doesn’t work around here. We may be Louisville, but our food culture is top notch. We know if something isn’t correct. They aren’t the only coffee shop around. Training is so very important for consistency the app shows the matcha as a green colored product and by God I want it as close to that photo as possible.Add insult to injury no dang straws. Pitiful. The sad thing is this location at the start was awesome. I had to put strawberry brown matcha tea in a glass at home to drink. The floor looked unsafe in spite of a large long drain. Lots of liquid on the floor. I would love to be a secret shopper for 7 Brew. I have an eye for detail.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this 7 Brew location today due to the behavior of the employees. The staff were mocking customers aloud within clear hearing range. I hope management addresses this behavior, as customer service should be respectful, not comfortable making customers feel uncomfortable or ridiculed

  Well when the chiller machine is actually working. Chillers no longer have any coffee flavor they are kind of watered down like a milk flavor. Very inconsistent on flavorings. Don't know what happened to all the seven Brews but they are going downhill quick
