- JKJalana Kostic2 days ago4.0I have been a seven brew rewards member since it even came to Louisville and I have 1 million points at this point. I’ve also had a bunch of favorites at this location that unfortunately are no longer. But the others that that have remained, do still treat me good and Cara is super nice every time, I’ve been seeing her here lately on my normal schedule. Hannah, Taylor and the employee who has pretty hair, wears a bunch of rings and is super funny, he’s super nice. They all are super nice but when I don’t see my Sunday-Friday crew, I get nervous. But my drinks always come out bomb even when I throw crazy seven energy flavors because of my wife’s obsession with the secret menu.

The staff are super outgoing and we'll talk to you about whatever you want to talk about if you have to wait they make sure the line stays moving and they always always take care of your fur babies!!!

- LHLauren HMay 26, 20262.0Drink was good, line moved fairly slow around 8.30PM, but seeing there was a few people working, I didn’t mind. 2 stars because while waiting for my drink, I watched as one of the girls taking orders asked for a drink to be fixed correctly and got yelled at by the girl (brown hair) making drinks! Incredibly rude, and the other customers across from me seemed to notice it too when the girl taking orders had to fix the drink herself! I dont usually make reviews, but I thought the interaction between the two was insanely rude considering the girl making drinks was the one who had made the mistake. 7brew management…do better! This sort of behavior shouldnt be allowed in workplaces 🤦🏻♀️
