  The other evening for dinner we got food from here through the App. I went through the drive thru. The car in front of me was there for a few minutes. I looked down for maybe 45 seconds to a minute looked up the car was gone so I pulled up. The girl at the window literally said come on I don’t have all day! There was maybe 2 cars parked and no one behind me.So I didn’t give her a tip or say a word . I took my bag and drove off. I’m a 3rd generation waitress and I always tip. I hope she reads this and knows she missed $5 over her smart mouth.

  Went half an hour before closing and lights in front were off in the front and lights were on in back of store with employees clearly inside ignoring us we were in ignored for 20 minutes

  The burger was so-so, the tots were like rocks and the popcorn chicken was so old and chewy they got dumped back in the bag. The order taker sounded like it was a burden that we were there and the car hop was equally as friendly. I will stick to Mayfield Sonic, the best hands down. Won't go back to Lone Oak.
