  Me and my family order pizza wings three times a week then I'll bring my workers in they told me the other day they wasn't taking no orders think the owners should know about these things I am self-employed I was very disappointed and won't ever be back

  Normally don’t leave 5 stars unless it’s properly earned and today these employees absolutely earned it. Got there fairly quick after ordering online and only waited literally 2 minutes for my order to come out of the oven. Then due to no fault of theirs I had payment problems with my two banks trying to split payment between two different cards. They were extremely patient and understanding. Took me literally 5-10 minutes to get that fixed again not their fault strictly on me. And after all that they had cooked an extra pizza and gave it to me for absolutely free and on top of that heard me mention that I’m a combat veteran and they offered me their military discount I didn’t even have to ask for it. These employees are a testament to their company and deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service and amazing food. Plus the cook must have been a super fan of cheese because our pizzas were loaded with extra cheese lol. Will recommend and absolutely will be back, No One Out Pizzas This Hut!!!

  Waited 40 minutes on a personal pan to be ready per the email and then another 20 minutes in store. Wait time is a joke and staff are rude

  Haven’t had the privilege of eating at the new restaurant so I’m not sure how good the food is. I’ve tried on 4 separate occasions to order since moving to the new building and my order has taken >1 hour every time so I’ve ended up canceling. Tried calling several times to speak to the store or someone regarding my order and can’t get through to anyone. Pizza Hut used to be one of the best pizza places ever but it’s went to the pits since switching ownership and locations.

  Can’t ever reach anyone at the store and when you do they are hateful and rude. Always a bad experience ordering with them.
