- AEAdam ElliottAug 2, 20265.0I remember Papa Johns as the best place to get pizza as a kid. It still is. The staff were friendly enough. 4 stars on atmosphere though. It felt like it could have been a bit more relaxing. I got a supreme 14" pizza. It did not disappoint. Be sure to eat the peppers fresh though if you do eat the peppers otherwise they will quickly dry out. Avoid them if you can't handle the heat.

Then when we kindly expressed that it was wrong he acted very disrespectful and unkind like it was our fault. On the call we said we want stuffed crust and they said we can only do a large stuffed crust. So whenever we said that on the phone, that’s a miscommunication that is not our fault. I will be ordering from a different Papa John’s due to this bad customer service.
- KHKarolanne HensonApr 6, 20263.0I’m trying to be as fair as possible with this review. I’ve ordered from Papa John's a few times now, and this last experience was a bit disappointing. My order arrived about 20 minutes later than the estimated time, and the food was barely warm. I also ordered 10 boneless wings but recieved 8 bone in. At that point, I just ended up throwing them away. I’m not someone who likes to call and complain, so I didn’t reach out, but this has happened more than once now. Going forward, I’ll probably only order if I can pick it up myself so I can check everything over.
