- CBCare BearJun 25, 20261.0Haven’t been here in years and I can confidently say I will not go back. First off the dozen donuts have went from $9 and change to $15. I went inside to get a dozen donuts and small iced coffee with my daughter. You have to order on the kiosk instead of a person taking your order. Then after waiting almost 10 minutes, a blonde girl yells out my name and says they are out of a type of donut I ordered. I go up and start telling her which ones I would like instead and she just walks off while I’m talking. When I asked for my receipt you would have thought I was asking her for one of the Five Books of Moses. It took THREE people to get me my receipt. Then I get home and find the blonde girl put the donuts upside down in the box so all the glaze was stuck to the box. The chocolate frosted ones had no flavor whatsoever. These were the worst donuts we have ever had. There was absolutely no customer service. Not a “hi, how can we help”, “have a nice day”, NOTHING. Lazy, rude workers.

Even staff is horrible and can never get the order right, then refused to remake it, I was even willing to pay for another coffee for them to try and get it right. Also witnessed them dropping the ice scoop on the floor and tossed it back in the ben and made other people drinks after it was on the floor !!!! They need new people period. The management is super nice tho!! They should really check their staff. Also it was an Indian man who dropped the scoop and the young girl with dark hair who put it back into the ben and made someone else's drink.
