Have went without food while in the sun for around 7 hours, thirsty and hungry as a dog. I’m like hey let’s get some bojangles ima order it on the app. 5 minute wait? no problem i’ll just order it while im driving here . Get there 5 minutes has past nothing . Watch 3 or 5 people get their foood before me. roughly waiting 15 minutes . Nothing will be done in another 5 minutes. . no . no it wasn’t . I waited and waited , finding my thirteenth reason why . Watched someone who order way after me get their food THEY HAD TIME TO GET SOMEONE A SWEET TEA AND A FAILY SOZE MEAL BUT MY 3 CHICKEN STRIPS AND A SWEET TEA WAS TOO MUCH? nah. this is councilor worthy do you know what i’ve been through how much i’ve been through outside of school and sports no. No you havent. then has the audacity to say sorry short staffed . Even if you were short staffed the person who ordered food 50 minutes ago is prioritized first . if i could give you a 0 i would. farewell bojangles

There was no high chair for our 8 month old to sit in so he had to sit on the table . mashed potatoes was nasty my baby wouldn’t even eat them , the gravy was cold and looked like cold jelly . employee gave me a wrong size cup so i asked for the correct cup , staff member took the cup from me and placed it back in the rack with other medium cups . the only thing that was good was the fries , they was fresh .
