- RNRheanna NewMar 17, 20221.0Went through the drive thru and ordered a banana split with two scoops of vanilla, and one scoop of cookies and cream. Asked for strawberry, pineapple, and marshmallow topping. After we repeated the order 4 times the guy says “we don’t have marshmallow”. That’s fine, so I asked for chocolate syrup instead. We get to the window and pay, and Tyler comes out and hands is a banana split with only two scoops of ice cream, a ton of whipped cream, and no toppings. When we started asking about toppings he cut us off and said “I can’t do chocolate”. So I asked if he would put the strawberry and pineapple toppings on at least. He said “it was supposed to have toppings?” takes it back, and after a few minutes hands it back with pineapples on it and said “I don’t see any strawberries”. At this point he is annoyed with us, I’m annoyed with him, I know he’s incompetent, and I felt like it was useless to send it back another time for the nuts and cherries. I understand being out of items, but if you have nothing but the banana and ice cream maybe tell me ahead of time so I can change my order. The service sucked, but the banana in a cup was the worst when I was wanting a banana split. Husband also got a milkshake which turned out as essentially a cup of milk with a slight ice cream taste. I’m not one to leave bad reviews ever, but this was seriously ridiculous.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
