Instead of having any sense of urgency to fix their mistake they proceeded to give out about 9 more or orders that were most definitely after mine making me wait yet another 20 minutes. When you realize you’ve lost an order that customer should be your priority. Not the 10 people who ordered after who haven’t been waiting even half as long.
