  Ordered through the Taco Bell app on 5/10/26 for pickup at the Lexington location. Got home and the $7.89 Cantina Chicken Bowl was missing from a sealed bag — paid for, charged, never delivered. No bowl, no Avocado Verde Salsa packet that comes with it. Everything else from a multi-item order was in the bag, so this was not a "whole order missing" mistake — someone on the line skipped one specific item on a paid ticket. Tried to call the store to report it. No one answered. Three drinks on the order (two mediums and a large Baja Blast Freeze) and no cup holder or tray provided — apparently customers are expected to juggle three cups across the parking lot with their bare hands. The entire point of a sealed mobile-pickup bag is that the customer cannot verify until they get home. When that handoff fails AND the store does not pick up the phone, that is not a mistake — that is a process. Avoid mobile pickup at this location, or open the bag against your receipt in the parking lot before you drive away. They will not check it for you.

  For door dash orders after midnight they should tell ppl to take a seat instead of everyone standing by the pick up cant even look or go in because of everyone standing there

  050/01/2026 1:17 AM. Of course, the person at the drive through tells us “they are only taking door dashes”. Which is just lie. Change the hours if not. Or, preferably fire all the lazy managers who are too lazy to actually do their jobs!

  Hope was super friendly! All staff seemed kind and made sure our order was correct. Very nice location and plenty of parking. Thanks for such a wonderful late night meal!
