- SBsydney brenaeApr 14, 20261.0I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with this Subway location on Abigail at the iga, especially with DoorDash orders. Each time I order, the sandwiches are not made according to the instructions and often seem incomplete or rushed, with missing ingredients and incorrect preparation. I also tried calling the store for clarification and reassurance, but the phone line does not appear to be properly set up, which makes it difficult to reach anyone. When I finally got in touch with someone identifying as the assistant manager, I attempted to explain my concerns and ask that my order be prepared correctly moving forward. Instead, I was told to go to a different location and the call was ended abruptly. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and consistency in preparing orders has been very frustrating. I hope this location improves its customer service and attention to detail, especially for delivery orders.
