- CCCrysis4825 days ago5.0Stopped by here while in Lexington, and very much enjoyed the food and service here. Courtney, who served us, was one of the kindest and most courteous servers I've encountered. The Coney's that I had blow Sonic's out of the water, which was previously my favourite.
- DDDarlene Davis6 days ago5.0I had the best experience today with my Son. My son is profoundly autistic and jade a bad day at school. I went to go get him and he chose skyline to eat. It was fate. Stephanie was our server and she is hands down the best. She was so kind and sweet. She talked to my son directly and not through me. She heard me say his name and started calling him by his name. Today was a day where Stephanie allowed him to feel like he was in charge and he felt seen. She deserves all the best things in the world.

- JJJerryApr 17, 20265.0Never in my life have I ever experienced. The level of professionalism delivered by Juan and Zachary Moore (GM). Together they are a power duo unlike anything I’ve seen. Food is perfection everytime. Juan remembers my order every time! No matter how many times we go without seeing eachother. Always friendly and great conversation! Servers can typically forget about you. I’ve noticed, but that being said Juan always greets me , fixes my drink, and my food before I even sit down! The personable touch of Richmond rd. Is why I am commited in saying Richmond rd. Skyline stands out above all other skyline locations, and I’m from Cincinnati! So used to typical fake customer service! Here it is authenticity and professionalism of the highest degree! Thank you skyline!!
