  The customer service was excellent! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with deciding what is good to order. The food was also really good and fresh along with the amazing coffee. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back again!

  Staff was unprofessional, talking on the phone the whole time, I was given a “coffee” that was horrible but the crepe was actually good. The main thing that was bad was the service. Definitely won’t go back.

  An absolute hidden gem for anyone with a sweet tooth! The variety of treats is incredible, from nostalgic classics to artisanal chocolates, and everything tastes exceptionally fresh. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the quality is top-notch. I will definitely be coming back for more.

  The kunafa tasted terrible—it seemed rotten. This is the second time I’ve ordered the kunafa, and once again I’m very disappointed. I don’t understand how an expired product can still be sold. Serving spoiled food is unacceptable and could cause food poisoning. I hope you take this seriously, check your products more carefully, and improve your quality control to prevent this from happening to other customers.
