I’m never coming back. Isn’t worth my time or money to be an irritant to someone who’s literally on the clock, working. Also didn’t receive free chips and queso for cinco de mayo with my rewards member purchase. I’m not sure who does the hiring, but you fail to create a staff who can even PRETEND to care about the customer. I spent $28 on a miserable experience. The quality of the food was awful. Nothing had any flavor. This wasn’t my first time having this experience at Qdoba, but it will most certainly be my last.
