The food looked good until we opened up one of the pizzas and there was a black hair on one of the banana peppers, NOBODY wanted to eat the food that we bought ( i cant blame them ) due to the hair. Almost $100 of food went into the trash because of it. We shortly contacted Doordash and got most of our money back but we still are NOT satisfied. This place needs to be investigated by the health Dept.

Called to ask what happened to my order, they said they were sorry and put me on hold for 20 mins. Called again and they sounded very put off by having me call again. Asked for them to check if the promo code was still on the order and they said yes, then hung up without another word. Poor service, poor pizza, Papa Johns.

I ordered delivery my first night in my new apartment (as one does) and in the midst of chaos that ensues with moving, I totally forgot to update my delivery address. I called the store and Zack helped me get everything straightened out while managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously; he obviously had a lot going on but still took great care of me. Absolute angel and a 10/10 employee. You da man, Zack.
