They made the pizza a whole hour before it was supposed to be delivered. when called to complain was told that it would be delivered by doordash that they did not have any delivery drivers. Corporate call was no help either. complaining because actually pay your drivers and you would have delivery drivers. I will not be ordering from Papa Johns again and let me tell you, I do a lot of events with orders around $200. I will be taking these elsewhere.

I’ve eaten at more than 5 other Papa John’s locations, and they were all much better than this one. Very disappointed with this location.

They gave me 2 thin crust pizzas and when I tried to call back, was told I had to have a receipt (that was never given). I showed them my bank transaction where I paid with my debit card with the date, time, and transaction ID and was told by manager colson that without proof of purchase (I guess my purchase proof wasn't enough) then I was screwed and stuck with the pizzas I didn't order. Don't recommend for anyone looking for any type of customer service.
