- KSKatie Sears3 days ago5.0I want to give Papa John’s credit for how they handled this situation. They refunded my money, made things right, and reported the driver to DoorDash. I truly appreciate them taking my complaint seriously and making sure the situation was addressed. ❤️ The driver did not hand the order to me and instead left it at the hotel’s front desk. I had no idea it was there because there was no communication letting me know. The only notification I received was that my order was completed. There was also a delivery code with my order that the driver should have used. I paid $58 for this order, and my kids and I were waiting around for the delivery. I had to carry my baby and take my other kids downstairs to the front desk just to get our food. On top of that, when I tried to report the issue by phone, I was constantly being transferred and put on hold. Even though the food was cold by the time we got it, it was still really good! 🍕❤️ Papa John’s definitely made things right, and I appreciate their customer service and how they handled everything. Thank you, Papa John’s

- AOAustin O.May 15, 20265.0Pizza and wings are always on point here from how I order, compared to other stores and franchises and the manager Aldon stands out from the usual or typical managers you come across. Super professional and can tell he takes his position seriously all while enjoying what he does and it shows.
