- JRJames RisonMay 24, 20261.0Waited almost an hour for the food to get here. When it got here they didn’t bring all the items that I paid for. Then the delivery driver stated they didn’t have buns for the sandwich I ordered. I said I never got a phone call stating that so he told me to call the store. Called the store and the girl Alicia had an attitude and kept arguing that they had called me even though I was on my phone actively watching the status updates and scrolling TikTok. She argued and said they tried to call me even though I know they didn’t. $46 came out of my bank account and they stated that they refunded the sandwich but I was never made aware of anything until the delivery driver got here. This is the worst experience I have ever had from a papa John’s and the other reviews definitely reflect that. Stay far far away and don’t waste your time. They don’t care and will argue with you even when you know the truth. Now my wife has to wait for the other pizza place to bring her food. Sad and pathetic excuse for a papa John’s franchise. Be like your slogan and be better.

Couple that with maybe a brushing at best of sauce and being undercooked until I put it in my own oven and you have the recipe for a bland inedible mess that garlic sauce can’t even really save. If it hadn’t been my only meal of the day after a long day at work I couldn’t have even finished a bite. My wife spat it out. Not my first bad experience at this particular location either.
