  For the past five months or so, I have taken a liking to this Panera. It provides a cozy atmosphere, like many Panera(s), for a pre-brunch morning escape. And, unlike any other times when I use to frequent any Panera, I find the food here to be surprisingly delicious, satisfying, and all at a reasonable price. However, there are often long waiting-periods for food, especially for dine-in services. And I've noticed frequent blunders with guest's orders when traffic picks up. Also, there is one manager/lead/supervisor, particularly a tall woman who, at least to me, comes across as rude and unwelcoming. I kind of dread when she's there.

  Definitely not a place for everyone. Soon as u walk it you can Absolutely tell. Out of all the workers there Tina is the only one who makes it feel welcoming Definitely won't be back.

  Ginny and Noah are amazing. They were both so incredibly nice. Noah took my order and was so helpful and Ginny was soooooo friendly. My friend I was eating with needed another plate because her sandwich was really messy and she brought her another plate and even said she was willing to remake the sandwich if it was too messy. She brought her another plate, another sauce for her sandwich, and brought us a sample from the bakery. Both amazing humans and employees.

  I know this Panera has received a lot of negative reviews, however, the management here is working incredibly hard to make this a great restaurant. At a recent visit, I forgot to pick up the scone I had ordered after eating my lunch. I’m not sure how it happened, but on my part of things I just forgot about it. When I called later that today to see if the scone might still be waiting for me, the manager was incredibly kind and understanding. He even added a credit onto my account so that I would be able to come back and enjoy my next visit. Overall, they do a good job of maintaining a clean café like atmosphere, treating customers kindly and delivering tasty food quickly.
